I was really starting to feel my age. Our baby was looking for a home mortgage lender to get her first home loan. It had been expected with our oldest did it but now with the baby it just seemed like she was rushing into it. Both she and her husband had come to me in advance to ask about the do’s and don’ts of applying for a load. I gave them the best advice that I could and now I just had to set back and watch. That is watch and hope that they would do the right thing and not over extend themselves.
