For number of years I’ve owned and operated my own home remodeling business. I am primarily involved with residential property; however on rare occasions I’ll take on very small commercial property jobs. Over the years my daughter Victoria has come with me to jobs and has learned the business. Recently Victoria asked me if I would help pay for a five day NDEA Training course. She said that her girlfriend’s brother had taken a course and found a very lucrative job fairly quickly. I told her I would be more than happy to lend her the money as long as she kept working for me, unless she found something that paid better.
