Charlie stared blankly at the walls. He is trying to remain calm because he couldn’t make his htc hd2 work. So he had an idea, and it was simple. Call the customer support. “Hello, can I ask help with htc hd2?” He didn’t hesitate when he asked. He thought it was going to be a hassle because he always assess that customer service of all centers are really bad – for one, they’re not friendly or they maybe scripted or maybe they’re just doing it for the sake of money. This guy he talked to how ever, changed that point of view. Within minutes, he was able to set it up and was successful to sort out some problems it had before. He thanked the guy and hoped all customer service agents were like him, efficient, with effort and really pays attention.
