While in general, I am very pleased with my body, I have a small trouble spot in my midsection. The lower section of my abdomen is more flabby than I would like. Luckily my husband showed me some great exercises to target that area. The best ab exercise for my lower midsection has been a simple modification to crunches. While I am laying on my back, instead of doing crunches with feet on the floor and bent knees, I lift my legs into the air and do crunches. Lifting and lowering my legs also helps to tone my lower stomach.
