Old school, as I like to call them, bodyweight workouts rule. I look them up online, and I do not think that they compare to what is mainstream today. These oldies are the best bodyweight and dumbbell workouts that I have ever experienced. Why are people so eager to ruin such a good thing just because they think it is outdated? One glance at these images from back in the day and you will be catapulted into success as the new you. Bodybuilders look different these days, and I prefer the old look and the old ways to this new crap.
