I have tried doing crunches, and they don’t seem to make too much of a difference. I really need to know what is the best six pack exercise routine so that I can get rid of the little pouch that I have right now and get flatter abs. I am going on a diet to lose the little bit of extra weight that I am carrying, and I need to tone the muscles so that they will look good once the weight comes off. I am hoping I can find a short routine to do every other day in order to get great abs.
