I started working for Homestead loans about a month ago in their sales department. These days people are scrambling to get a lower interest rate on their home mortgages. I had never worked in the mortgage field prior to this job and was learning new things everyday. One of the cool things about where I work is they provide donuts every morning and they have a couple of Tassimo Coffee Machines. Of course I sometimes believe that coffee in the mortgage industry were made for one another. I told my wife the other day I would stick with this job for at least one year.
