My research phase is over now and the applications and qualifying documentation is all in order as well. I am now just waiting for a few more things to line up and see if I can be ready to celebrate the closing on my Arizona USDA loan which I am working on now. This will mean that I can live my dream and own the land that I am interested in getting. It is so close that I can almost taste it! This is a very exciting time in my life and I am loving how well things are going with this process.
