It can be a difficult thing to deal with for both the home owner and the real estate professional and it is known as seller’s remorse. This can be caused by many different factors but one that is probably most common is in a declining market. A seller puts their home on the real estate market with a number in their mind as to how much they will get for the property. However if the property is overpriced it just fails to generate any offers. As the local market continues to decline the home owner is left with less potential profit and eventually they take their home off of the market.
