Find the right exercise to lose weight. If you don’t like the exercise you won’t stick to it and you won’t lose weight. Biking is a wonderful way to lose weight. I find that I like it a lot. There are bikes mn that are very nice. It is a status thing here to have a fancy bike. The ladies ride with their heads high as if they have a BMW. I just laugh and ride along with my dependable bike. This bike serves me well and I don’t need the fancy bikes to make a statement. My statement is good health.
