I still can not believe how with so many cell phone carriers that there are today providing a service to people that there is still such a thing as a long term contract. Especially when you have to already pay a price to get established with the company in the first place you should be able to decide when to switch. Then if you do sign a contract and find that you have less then the best cell phone coverage you should be able to option out of your contract if you have a hard time placing a call in the first place.
