Jack has been having problems with the temperature gauge on the heat treat furnaces. Jack has called his maintenance department and they have been working on the problem for a couple of hours. Keith is very good with repairing temperature gauges because he takes a maintenance training class every six months. Jack is glad that he hired Keith, because Keith has been able to fix most problems that they have with their machines. Keith likes taking all the courses that he can so that he can do the best job whenever it is required. Jack has decided to give Keith a promotion based on his skills.
