I love technology and so does my partner. Naturally when looking for a new GPS we wanted one with decent voice recognition. Nothing like talking to your device! We came across Garmin nüvi 855 and now we’ve been using it for a while. It is a great GPS with decent speech recognition, although I am always careful when talking to my computer or GPS. I find I can focus on the road better when I use speech. Although it is a portable model, it has a large screen easy to read. I find we did not really miss the absent Bluetooth. Its multi-routing feature and ‘where am I’ feature are a lot more important to us. So far it’s been a great device that fulfilled our expectations.
